Privacy Policy

This policy covers ironfeatheractual.com (“the site”), run by IronFeatherActualTV (“we”, “us”) from the United States. Orders are completed on our Fourthwall shop, which has its own Privacy Policy covering everything you enter at checkout.

The short version

• No accounts, sign-up forms, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
• We don’t sell or share your personal information.
• Your cart is kept in your own browser.
• Checkout, payment and delivery are handled through Fourthwall, under the shop’s privacy policy.

What this site handles

Server logs. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States. Like any web host, Vercel receives your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you request and when, and uses them to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Vercel keeps these logs under its own privacy policy. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.

Your cart. When you add an item, your browser sends the item and quantity to Fourthwall, Inc.’s Storefront API, which creates and updates your cart. Like any web request, this includes your IP address. The cart’s ID and contents are saved in your browser’s local storage (as ifa-cart-v1) so the cart survives a reload. They stay on your device until you clear your browser data.

Your animation setting. If you use the pause/play button, that choice is saved in local storage (as ifa-motion).

Checkout. Pressing Checkout takes you to the Fourthwall checkout. Your name, email, shipping address and payment details are collected there and handled under the shop’s Privacy Policy, which also covers the cookies and analytics used on the shop’s pages.

Email. If you contact us, we use your address and message to reply.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The two local-storage entries above exist only for features you ask for (your cart and your animation setting). That makes them strictly necessary under EU and UK rules, so there is nothing optional to consent to and no cookie banner. If Vercel’s security system needs to check that a browser isn’t a bot, it may set a short-lived security cookie. The Fourthwall shop and checkout set their own cookies, described in the shop’s privacy policy.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don’t track visitors over time or across other websites, and no third party collects that kind of information through this site. So there is nothing for these signals to switch off: the site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends them.

Sharing

We don’t sell, rent or share personal information for advertising. The only companies that receive information through this site are Vercel (hosting) and Fourthwall (cart, checkout and fulfilment), as described above, plus anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.

Children

The site isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices and rights

• Clear your cart and animation setting at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ironfeatheractualtv-shop@support.fourthwall.com. Depending on where you live, including several US states, you may have further rights, and we’ll honour them where they apply. For order information, see the shop’s privacy policy.

Visitors in the EU, EEA and UK

If you’re in the EU, EEA or UK, the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to how we handle your personal data. IronFeatherActualTV is the controller for this site.

• Legal bases. Server logs: our legitimate interest in running the site and keeping it secure. Your cart: taking steps you ask for before a purchase. Emails: our legitimate interest in answering you. We don’t rely on consent for anything on this site.
• International transfers. The site is run from, and hosted in, the United States, so your data is processed there. Vercel and Fourthwall protect transfers with their own safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses. See their privacy policies.
• Retention. Server logs are kept under Vercel’s retention schedule. Local storage stays on your device until you clear it. Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request.
• Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it, by emailing ironfeatheractualtv-shop@support.fourthwall.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
