Returns & Cancellations
Everything in the IronFeather Family collection is printed to order for you and sold by IronFeatherActualTV through Fourthwall. Here’s how returns, refunds and cancellations work.
Something wrong with your order?
If an item arrives damaged, misprinted or faulty, or you got the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery (ironfeatheractualtv-shop@support.fourthwall.com or our contact form). Send your order number and a clear photo of the problem on a flat, well-lit surface. We’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You don’t need to send the item back unless we ask, and if we do, we pay for the return shipping.
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep your legal rights for faulty goods, which last longer than 30 days. In the EU and EEA that’s at least two years from delivery.
Changed your mind?
Every item is made to order, so outside the EU, EEA and UK we can’t take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order. You can change or cancel an order before it goes into production using the link in your order confirmation email.
EU, EEA and UK: your 14-day right to cancel
If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods.
- To cancel, tell us clearly within those 14 days by emailing ironfeatheractualtv-shop@support.fourthwall.com or using our contact form. You can use the model form below, but you don’t have to.
- Sending it back: we’ll reply with where to send the item. Post it within 14 days of telling us you’re cancelling. You pay the cost of the return. Sometimes we’ll simply tell you to keep it.
- Your refund: we refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of getting the item back or of you showing proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. If we tell you to keep the item, it’s within 14 days of your cancellation. Refunds go to your original payment method, at no charge to you.
- If you chose a delivery option dearer than the cheapest standard one, we refund only the standard cost. If the item has been worn or handled more than you would need to check it in a shop, we may reduce the refund to reflect the lost value.

Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. PayPal refunds usually appear within a day; card refunds take 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Import duties
Orders delivered outside the US may be charged import duties or fees by your country. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your rights
