Terms

These terms cover your use of ironfeatheractual.com (“the site”), run by IronFeatherActualTV (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them.

Buying

• Products on this site are sold by IronFeatherActualTV through Fourthwall, which handles checkout, payment, sales tax, printing and delivery.
• Every order is governed by the shop’s Terms of Service and our Returns policy. If anything else on this site conflicts with them, they take priority.
• Returns, in short: faulty, damaged or misprinted items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 30 days of delivery. Items are printed to order, so there are no change-of-mind or sizing returns, except that buyers in the EU, EEA and UK can cancel within 14 days of delivery. The full details are in the Returns policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.
• Shipping: orders ship internationally through Fourthwall. Your country may charge import duties or fees on orders delivered outside the US. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and any taxes (sales tax, or VAT for EU and UK orders) are calculated at checkout, and you’ll see the full total before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
• Product details: colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed item, and measurements can vary by up to 2″ (5 cm). Size guides are on each product’s shop page.

Using the site

• The IronFeather Family name, crest, artwork, photos and text belong to IronFeatherActualTV or are used with permission. Please don’t copy, print or sell them without written permission.
• The site links to Twitch, YouTube, TikTok and Fourthwall. We’re not responsible for their content or policies.
• Star Citizen® is a registered trademark of Cloud Imperium Rights LLC. This site is not affiliated with or endorsed by Cloud Imperium Games. Twitch, YouTube and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners.

No warranty for the site

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. This doesn’t affect the defect cover above, or any rights you can’t waive.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, the same as the shop’s Terms of Service. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, including in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
